Let’s try again

Sometimes a piece isn’t right for your table. That’s okay — here is the quickest route to sorting it out.

It arrived damaged

Open your order at the partner store and choose return or replacement. Photos of the box and the item help the store process it quickly.

Something is missing from the box

Report it from the order page at the store you bought from; they will arrange the missing part or a replacement.

It’s not the right size

Start a return from your store order within its return window. Check our size notes before choosing the replacement.

It stopped working

Warranty claims go through the same store order page. Describe what happened and when you bought it.

Changed your mind

Most unused items can be returned within the store’s return window. The store will show the options for your order.

Before you send it back

Beads not lifting on a tracing board?
Hold the stylus perfectly upright and glide rather than press — most “faulty” boards are just held at an angle.
Marker won’t wipe off a lap board?
Try a soft damp cloth, then mild soap and water. Old marks lift with patience.
Bin lids feel tight?
New latches are stiff for the first few openings and loosen with use.
Letters seem missing?
Check under the case insert — a few letters love to hide there after the first play.

We don’t hold order details on this site, so the partner store’s order page is always the fastest way to a refund, exchange or warranty repair. Still unsure which route fits? Pass us a note.
